In Malmö, house of artist and workshop in a converted workshop

Do you monitor homes for sale in your area, even if you do not want to move? I like to be obsessed with the pages of Hemnet (Directory of real estate agents in Sweden). Obviously, everything is in the name of job. OK, who am I kidding? It's like an ice-cold indoor mag! But it is also a rare and wonderful opportunity to take a look behind the facade of properties that you have gone through hundreds of times. And maybe, just may be you will come across the house of your dreams! This weekend, I discovered this artist's residence behind a discreet door, in a green courtyard of the Triangeln Malmö region. It's a part of the city where I walk regularly, but I've never even noticed the door! Spread over three levels, this converted carpentry workshop features whitewashed brick walls, large windows and rustic hardwood floors interspersed with smooth-cut concrete. An artist and furry friend has been enjoying the charming home for many years and the time has come for someone else to take over! Would it be you? Or me?! Or maybe we could all go together?

A little magic, do not you think? I love Nordic minimalism and industrial brutality.

And damn, could you have some nice parties in this place!

The property is currently for sale right here. Unfortunately, the beautiful dog does not come with!

Someone would think that I was trying to convince you to move to my city. Who me? Find my local guide here ….

Wishing you a fabulous start to the week!
